Quito

The metropolitan district and the capital of the Republic of Ecuador, is among the contemporary and colonial.

It's one of those rare cities where the colonial shades contrasted with the modern buildings of today. A place that keeps the mysteries of an ancient history, the magnificent heritage of the meeting of two worlds and the secrets of the culture of miscegenation. It has the largest historic center and best preserved in Latin America

Half of the world

It is called the Equatorial Monument because the square-pyramidal shape with four monoliths in the corners, this is the geographical address of the four cardinal points, and one is located on the equator in degrees zero minutes, zero seconds latitude and zero.

This line passes through several countries and continents, but there is only a single country that takes its name Republic of Ecuador.

Guayaquil

Surrounded by stretches of sea and hills, natural beauty and tropical dry forest make it one of the world's best destinations for ecotourism, especially for birdwatchers.

Within the same city, in parks, gardens, especially on the Waterfront, on the banks of the River, you can observe more than 150 varieties of birds, many of them endemic, that is unique in the world.
